What is the Festival’s cancellation policy?

Tickets are non-refundable. The Festival is open rain or shine. The event is held in an open air setting, however the concourse around the stadium is covered and the VIP area is indoors with air-conditioning.

What is included in the general admission ticket price?

General Admission includes a souvenir tasting glass for unlimited responsible beer and wine tasting and 5 RAM Food Sampling tickets. Additional sampling tickets can be purchased at the festival, 1 ticket = $1.00. There will also be food vendors selling a variety of cuisines.  The festival is cash only, however several vendors will accept credit cards. There is an ATM available.

What is included with a VIP ticket?

VIP Tickets Include: early admission, a souvenir tasting glass for unlimited responsible beer and wine tasting, and 10 RAM Food Sampling tickets. Also includes access to the VIP Club with private restrooms, air-conditioning, club level seating, additional samples and experiences. Also includes unlimited soda, iced tea and water.

Is there an ATM?

Yes, there is an ATM available.

Is the Festival Handicap Accessible?

Yes, many of the Festival activities are handicap accessible including the RAM Foodie Sampling, Kids Zone, and the Seafood and Burger Competitions. The VIP area is also handicap accessible. However, activities taking place on the stadium field such as the Chili Cook-off and some of the beer and wine sampling may not be handicap accessible in the event of rain as the ground would be too soft for a wheelchair. Music can be enjoyed throughout the festival grounds. Handicap parking is also available.

Am I able to volunteer for the festival?

YES!  We are looking for friendly people to help us put on a great event. If you are interested, please fill out our volunteer form.

Is parking provided?

Yes, free parking is provided on the grounds of Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium.

Can I bring coolers and chairs to the festival? 

Coolers and outside food/beverages are not permitted at the festival. The purchase of food and beverages inside the festival helps support local organizations and charities. The Festival offers a wide variety of food, beer, wine, soda, tea, and water.

Chairs are not permitted, however you can bring in a blanket to sit on the outfield and listen to the band. There is also plenty of seating in the stands of the stadium and at tables in different areas of the festival.

Can I bring my dog to the festival?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
